// The presenter
Like a lot of folks in the Latino community, I learned to stretch a little a long way. And I learned, the hard way, everything no one taught me about credit, saving, and investing.
Then life took a turn. I've lived across the United States and three continents, including Asia, where I lived for work. I know the nuances of the corporate world. Along the way I ended up inside circles I'd only ever read about: the children of celebrities, families of high-powered CEOs, artists with global names. I watched, up close, how the ultra-wealthy talk about money, and how differently it sounded from the conversations I grew up with.
That contrast became my work. I spend my time translating what wealthy families casually teach their kids by age twelve into something the rest of us can actually use. Especially young Latinos navigating two worlds, two languages, and two very different sets of expectations about money.
"The basics aren't basic. They're the difference between feeling chased by money and feeling in charge of it."
This live, one-hour workshop is the conversation I wish someone had sat me down for at twenty. No jargon. No shame. No PowerPoint nightmares. Just you, me, slides we'll actually walk through together, and your questions, whenever you've got them.
